Welcome to the Tampa Letter Carriers website. The Tampa Letter Carriers are Branch 599 of the National Association of Letter Carriers, a labor union representing letter carriers in Tampa, Brandon, Plant City, Sun City and Ruskin, Florida.

Branch 599 was chartered on October 20, 1924, and is a member in good standing of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC), which represents city letter carriers employed by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

This website provides information and networking resources to letter carriers in hopes of improving the working conditions of letter carriers, improving service to postal patrons and customers, and improving the efficiency and viability of the USPS.
